I'm Ardalan Ebrahimi, an Engineering leader based in Berlin.

I currently lead Engineering at KMS Mobility Solutions, working across people leadership, technical strategy, architecture, delivery systems and Product–Engineering alignment.

My work has moved repeatedly between building software and building the systems around software: reusable technical foundations, engineering operating models, architecture governance, distributed ownership, internal tooling and more recently agentic Engineering workflows.

I care particularly about creating environments where capable people can own meaningful decisions rather than depending on a single technical or managerial authority.

Outside my full-time role, I build independent software through Pragpath Studio. Ardiland is where those products meet the more personal side of my professional life: essays, experiments, software-engineering education and things I've learned from building and leading.

I have spent more than fifteen years working across enterprise software, product engineering and technical leadership, from ERP and configurable business systems in Iran to B2B SaaS and Engineering leadership in Germany.

I also create Persian-language software-engineering material across LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels, covering software design, architecture, engineering practice, careers and AI-enabled development.
